The health and well-being of our employees, customers, vendors, and partners is of absolute importance to KLa Systems, Inc., and while we continue to monitor COVID-19 information from reputable local, state, and federal agencies, including the Center for Disease Control and the World Health Organization, our Governor of Massachusetts, Charlie Baker, announced that beginning today, Tuesday, March 24th, 2020 at 12PM, that all non-essential businesses close their physical workplaces and facilities to all workers, customers, and the public, until April 7th, 2020. Despite these uncertain times, KLa Systems, Inc. is committed to support our customers.
While complying with the Governor’s orders we will answer and respond to all phone calls, emails, and requests for support. The KLa team has the capability to work remotely to ensure all business communications remain intact.
As of today our organization has not been notified of any significant delays related to materials for quoted delivery times for any of our currently placed vendor purchase orders. At present, our quoted lead-times apply and we will continually monitor the situation daily.
